Nasrin Malekzadeh received her BSc in Pure Mathematics from the University of Mohaghegh Aradabili, Iran, in 2008. In 2006, She also became distinguished student and according to the policy and regulation of Iranian Ministry of Science, she was allowed to have parallel study at two courses. She chose Civil Engineering as a second field for study and received her second BSc in 2010. In the same time, she received her master degree in pure mathematics from University of Mohaghegh Ardabili. During this time, because she was in parallel study at two courses, her studies have been focused on geometrical theory of fluid flows and dynamical system which was related to two fields Geometry and fluid mechanics of Civil Engineering.
After her master, she pursued her PhD degree from Tabriz in 2017. Her research was about the Classification of Semi-Symmetric Contact Metric Manifolds and she did it under the supervisions of Prof. Abedi. She also has been awarded a scholarship to spend a term abroad and she spent it at Strasbourg University, France, under the supervision of Prof. Thomas Delzant.
She is a member of the Visual Information Privacy and Protection Group (VIPP).
